WHAT TO FIND HERE
‘MARIO FOREVER’ PROJECTS
My relevant discovery of the old Mario Worker 1.0 engine in early 2012 led me developing a lot of Mario Forever inspired projects. Here are some:
Mario Forever Remake, as the name may imply, is just a complete remake of the famous Buziol Games’ Super Mario Bros. fan game “Mario Forever“, although its main elements differ it from the original are it contains more extra levels.
What these “Letter Worlds” are? Well, if you’re a Mario franchise fan, probably you know the “SMB: The Lost Levels” worlds A, B, C and D, which are playable after you defeated Bowser in World 8.
Mario Forever Revolution is a whole new game that will include a bunch of new stuff in the Mario Forever scene. This game won’t include just the main game with some extras, but it will include many different modes, from a “Story Mode” to a “Mission Mode”, other than updated graphics and codes.
…and more! Click here to see more projects!
OFFICIAL GAMES MODS
I’m also a game modder (more soft modder, rather than hard modder, though). I like creating custom levels off original Nintendo games, like New Super Mario Bros. and Mario Kart. Here are some:
EXTRA Super Mario Bros. DS is a New Super Mario Bros. ROM mod I’m working on since some years. It will include brand new levels, and (kinda) new world themes.
Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2 1/2 (tentative title) is a Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2: March of the Minis ROM mod I’m working on since January 2018.
MARIO EDITORS SHOWCASES
Of course I’ve used also a lot of freeware Mario Editor softwares developed by amazing people, before finding Mario Worker. Here are some:
Mario Builder is a freeware Mario level editor developed by Ting_Thing in between 2008 and 2011. This level editor is fairly simple to use, it features a lot of powerups, blocks, sceneries, items, and even bosses. It even has a world map editor and a unique feature: a main menu editor.
Hello Mario Engine is an opensource Mario level editor for Game Maker: Studio and, formerly, Gamer Maker v6.0/v7.0/v8.x. In development by Hello since 2006, this engine is used by advanced users who know good programming language and who wants to make high-quality Super Mario fangames.
